Our Review

A simple but effective platform tray feeder that attracts birds who prefer feeding on flat surfaces. Mourning doves, dark-eyed juncos, and sparrows love these. The mesh bottom drains water and the raised edges keep seed from blowing away.

Why We Love It

Some of our best camera footage comes from the platform feeder because birds sit there longer. Doves especially love it — they'll sit and eat for 10 minutes straight. It also attracts species that won't use tube feeders.
